Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma are national honorary organizations dedicated to serving the UCLA Bruin Marching Band. We exist to promote the existence and welfare of the university band program through tireless service, leadership, and a shared love for music.
Kappa Kappa Psi
Kappa Kappa Psi is a co-educational fraternal organization that advances college and university bands through dedicated service, encouragement of musical growth, and leadership opportunities. The Lambda Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi has been a cornerstone of the UCLA Bruin Marching Band since its installation in 1923.
Tau Beta Sigma
Tau Beta Sigma is a co-educational national honorary band sorority dedicated to serving college band programs. With a focus on women in music and leadership development, the sorority provides vital support to the ‘Solid Gold Sound.’ The Epsilon Kappa Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma has been active at UCLA since 1973.
